Currently, we provide shipping services exclusively within India. At this time, we are unable to accommodate international orders. While we continuously strive to expand our services, we regret any inconvenience this may cause to customers outside our shipping zones. If we introduce international shipping in the future, updates will be provided on our website. 

Order Processing & Shipment 

Once an order is placed, our team promptly begins processing it to ensure timely dispatch. Typically, orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During this stage, we verify order details, conduct quality checks, and prepare your items for shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipment details. 

Please note that during peak shopping seasons, such as festive periods or promotional sales, order processing times may be slightly extended due to high demand. Rest assured, we work diligently to minimize delays and ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible. 

Estimated Delivery Timeframe

Failed Delivery Attempts

In cases where the package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, customers may request a re-dispatch. To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order at the specified address. 

Addressing Damaged or Missing Shipments
